Marsha Dobrzynski has been Executive Director of Young Audiences since 1995.  A registered nurse by training, she holds a certificate in nonprofit management from Case Western Reserve University.  In 2004, the Ohio Alliance for Arts Education honored her with their Arts Education Administration Award.  Ms. Dobrzynski is a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2007 and was recently named recipient of the 2007 Governor’s Award for the Arts in Arts Administration.

Stacy Goldberg joined Young Audiences as Director of Marketing in October 2005.  Ms. Goldberg has fifteen years of experience in marketing, business development and management.   She holds a B.A. in English and Spanish Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.

Matt Slain has been Young Audiences’ Community Engagement Coordinator since 2009.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bowling Green State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Cleveland State University.  Mr. Slain has extensive political, community organizing and nonprofit experience from his work with the US Senate, the Ohio House of Representatives, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and the Ohio Democratic Party.
